Athlete Assessment- Benchmark where athlete stands while identifying specific areas of need focusing on evidence-based development programming that creates accountability
Hitter Handicap- Testing, training and development a hitter can use to calibrate their swing using a data driven approach that provides a basis of the best approach to take at the plate
Mental MRI-Benchmark where the athlete stands in their mental makeup and educate athlete and coaches on best practices on developmental approach which will provide the greatest results
Nutrition Management-Nutritional Consultation upon start and finish of the program
· *Daily Athletic Performance Survey (DAPS)*- Athlete is required to complete daily survey which tracks the athletes physical and mental impact from the intensity and design of programming
·* Preventative Injury Management*- Utilizing data from athlete assessment, Mental MRI and DAPS to professionally train, track and minimize chance of injury
· *Daily Activity Log*- Athlete logs all physical activity into athlete management system to track and account for training programming completed as well as competition demands.
Sports Performance Training- Professionally guided physical training specific to sports specific needs supported by specific athlete’s make up
Skill and Technique Training- Professionally guided skill and technique training ensuring athlete is learning the proper progressive developmental process supported by position specific instruction necessary to execute skill at the highest level possible being able to sustain a high level of execution minimizing chance for injury
Exposure and Recruiting Assistance- Assist each athlete with building a digital athletic profile supported by training habits, capture of training effectiveness and assessment information which validate level of play athlete is qualified for
Re-Assessment - on a quarterly basis to validate effectiveness of training programming of the athlete constantly adjusting training using a data driven evidence-based process
Mentoring/Coaching– Professionally supervised long-term athletic development plan supported by mentors/coaches who have achieved at the highest levels and who are committed to the athlete who aspires to reach their potential. Pre-Season, In-Season and Post-Season support as athlete navigates next level participation

Apex Lexington and Apex Columbia have the best resources available to test and train. Apex-Lexington is a place you can go to get the necessary information to make the best decisions possible about how to train and prevent injuries.
